At HIGH BAR Hospitality & Event Group, we provide an on-site cannabis beverage infusing service for adult guests 19 and older who consume cannabis beverages. Our certified staff infuse odourless and tasteless cannabis on-site, ensuring the taste of your chosen non-alcoholic beverage is not altered.
Each beverage contains a measured dose of 1mg activated THC:CBG (or CBD) in a 1:1 ratio. The onset time is approximately 7 to 10 minutes, which supports responsible consumption and helps prevent overconsumption.
If alcohol is being served at your event, cannabis-infused non-alcoholic beverages can be offered as an alternative option for guests who prefer not to consume alcohol. Our certified staff inform guests about cannabis effects and responsible consumption so each person can make an informed decision about their intake. HIGH BAR has partnered with licensed cannabis industry suppliers across Canada to deliver this on-site infusing service. All services are provided in compliance with applicable federal and provincial cannabis legislation and are delivered exclusively by our CannSell and Smart Serve certified staff. The cannabis infusing service can be incorporated into any event format and is adaptable to various venue types.
In addition to cannabis infusing, we offer a smoked beverage experience for mocktails using aromatic options such as rosemary and applewood chips as a non-cannabis addition to non-alcoholic drinks.
Using our Vape-on-Tap stations integrated with Stündenglass caps, we provide a vapour and aroma station suitable for a variety of venue types. We also offer Aroma Orbs, which deliver a scented bubble element to beverages as an added sensory feature.
Our mocktail menu offers guests a choice of up to three non-alcoholic options, including Gin & Tonic, Mojito, Spritz, Pink Gin & Tonic, Ginger Mule, and Passion Fruit Martini. We also offer a selection of non-alcoholic wines, with guests able to choose two options from Rosé, Napa Valley Red, Napa Valley Chardonnay, Shiraz, Pinot Grigio, and Sparkling Rosé.

LOW AND SLOW
Starting low is the best way to go! Choose YOUR beverage (WE RECOMMEND 0.5 - 1mg of THC:CBG FOR YOUR FIRST TIME), DRINK IT AND WAIT ABOUT 15 MINUTES. BY FOLLOWING THIS METHOD, YOU CAN MODIFY HOW YOU WANT THE CANNABIS TO AFFECT YOUR SENSES AND OVERALL MOOD DURING THE EVENT.
