Having said that, I would like to introduce to you Paul Perrier at @thetorontoportait, who is a professional photographer, documentary filmmaker, musician and author in progress. He has created "The Pot Head Series" project capturing pictures of Toronto "pot heads" and their background stories.

I’ve always had an infinity for the entertainment and events industry. As early as my teens, I could often be found producing and emceeing events across Ontario for other entertainment companies. Years later I naturally developed a desire for entrepreneurship, launching my brand PURE Entertainment. My love for running a business and inspiring change continued throughout multiple endeavours that carried me through live events, entertainment, fashion, and now the Cannabis industries.

I saw an opening within the events industry, an opportunity to introduce cannabis to events in a unique way.
The idea of HIGH BAR came to fruition in 2015, but was a slow process in building as Canada’s legalization was only made official in 2018. Evolving the business and services as the Canadian laws changed, I made sure to focus on the safety of cannabis, yet the elegance in which it could also be consumed at events.
Educating clients, and contradicting the stigma became the leading factors behind HIGH BAR. The first official event in 2018 made HIGH BAR the first in Canada to offer such services. Now, HIGH BAR is bringing elegance, awareness, and busting through the stigma of cannabis. In 2019, I added vape bar taps, elegant mobile trays, consumption lounges, certified budtenders and cannabis sommeliers, catering and on-site cannabis infusing services.
